AEW is always looking to improve its product for fans as that was their goal since its inception in 2019. They also have a roster full of incredibly talented pro wrestlers that put on great performances for fans.

The company is also slowly branching towards a global expansion and for that, they have already started taking the next few steps from the looks of it.

According to PWInsider, AEW has hired Shane Emerson for the position of Head of Global Programming and Partnerships and had already started working this week. It was said that he will be spearheading the company’s international expansion on all fronts, including licensing, partnerships and strategies.

It was added that Emerson had a similar role for Impact Wrestling from 2011 to 2017. He also worked in Ramsey Solutions, which is a financial counselling company. Emerson received a lot of praise for his work during his time in Impact Wrestling.
