Roman Reigns reinvented himself from a boring drab babyface to one of the best heels in the company. His current Tribal Chief gimmick has been his best run so far for many fans as they simply can’t get enough of his attitude. He also isn’t a stranger to accolades in WWE.

Roman Reigns has been the WWE Universal Champion since winning the title at Payback 2020 and hasn’t lost it since then. He recently successfully defended his title against John Cena at WWE SummerSlam as well.

The Tribal Chief is set to achieve another impressive milestone in WWE as he is set to become the Universal Champion for a year, as he won the title back on August 30 of last year. As the company doesn’t hold any WWE SmackDown events on August 30th, Reigns will reach this milestone.

Roman Reigns’ special counsel Paul Heyman also recently celebrated his 1-year anniversary of working with Reigns. Roman Reigns is set to defend his WWE Universal Championship against Finn Balor on next week’s episode of Friday Night Smackdown. We will have to wait and see how he will fare in the match.
