Asuka Fires Back At Report About Her WWE Absence

Asuka has not wrestled since July 18th, and fans are starting to wonder where she is. A recent report said that she is physically healthy, but WWE has nothing for her creatively. Now she is firing back at that report.

It was stated in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that, “For those asking about Asuka, she is fine. She’s just not being used for anything right now. She was at the Raw tapings early but left early since she wasn’t being used.” One fan cited that report from Dave Meltzer, and the Empress of Tomorrow saw the tweet on her notifications.

This fan tweeted out to Asuka saying, “It has been revealed that she’s fine. It’s just that creative has nothing for her and she’s been at Raw but has been leaving the shows early when they told her they had nothing for her.” Then the former RAW Women’s Champion fired off her own reply to squash that report in a hurry.

Nothing has been revealed. That information is totally wrong.

We’re not certain why Asuka is out of action, but the previous information about her is apparently incorrect. Perhaps she took exception to the idea that she would leave a show early. Hopefully, she will be able to get back to action soon enough, but she is obviously tired of hearing a “fake story” go around about her.
