AJ Lee Comments On CM Punk ‘Breaking The Internet’

CM Punk made his return to pro wrestling during AEW Rampage: The First Dance, and the internet was broken after that. It was impossible to log onto Twitter without hearing about the Second City Savior. AJ Lee, CM Punk’s wife, also trended during that time as fans pined for her return to the squared circle as well. That hasn’t happened yet, but Lee certainly noticed that her husband broke the internet while he was at it.

AJ Lee is busy writing, and she’s seen some big success so far. The former Divas Champion traded wrist tape for a laptop as she pens comic books, but she obviously knows what pro wrestling fans are talking about today: CM PUNK.

While posting a few screenshots of various tweets, AJ Lee captioned a tweet to encourage CM Punk to keep doing his thing.

Go on, break the internet, boo CM Punk.

It’s likely that AJ Lee wasn’t “booing” CM Punk, but he is her “boo.” Either way, she is likely very proud of her husband, and she should be.

CM Punk took a long hiatus from pro wrestling, but he returned on his terms. Hopefully, everything works out and he continues making big waves in All Elite Wrestling.
