AEW has a lot of momentum behind it right now thanks to CM Punk making his way to the company. Ringside News exclusively reported that Punk has signed a contract with AEW, and it was also said that Punk is 100% for an AEW Chicago show. Many are expecting to see him on August 20th at the United Center, which is tonight.

On top of that AEW will also be bringing in Daniel Bryan as he is likely to debut at AEW All Out. Many fans are wondering if the company will sign more top talent as well.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, a third major signing for AEW is on the way but didn’t mention who it would be. This could be Ric Flair, but you also never know what to expect in the pro wrestling world nowadays.

“It’s still possible an agreement for a release would include a time frame before Ric Flair could go to AEW, but wouldn’t apply to Mexico and AAA. But sources close to the promotion that would be alerted to such things also noted a new major AEW acquisition is coming on the heels of the deals for C.M. Punk and Bryan Danielson”

We certainly wonder who the third major signing for AEW could be. With the likes of Malakai Black, Andrade El Idolo, CM Punk and Daniel Bryan all set to be in the company, it’s certainly a great time to be an AEW fan.
