Chris Jericho Receives Outstanding Ovation After AEW Dynamite

Chris Jericho was unable to topple MJF this week on AEW Dynamite, but the fans in Houston noticed how Le Champion gave it his all. The crowd stuck around after Dynamite went off the air and they provided him with an outstanding ovation.

Houston fans belted out chants of “JERICHO” at the former AEW World Champion. Minutes prior he tapped to MJF’s Salt of the Earth submission hold, but that didn’t seem to matter for those fans.

“Thank You Jericho” chants followed as The Million Viewer Man made his way to the back. He was selling that brutal match, but you could tell the crowd’s reception meant the world to him.

We will have to see what happens next, especially with All Out on September 5th. This was quite a showing as the 5th Labour of Jericho was too much for him. You can check out the video below to see how much respect the Houston fans have for Chris Jericho.
