Becky Lynch hasn’t been seen on WWE television after announcing her pregnancy back in May of last year. Ringside New exclusively reported the company’s latest plans for her return, and you can check those out here. She also unveiled a new look recently. Bianca Belair already wants a match against her as well. Her husband Seth Rollins is still in WWE, but it’s unknown if the company will pair them back up together once again.

Lynch and Seth Rollins have a daughter, Roux, who was born in December. The two competed in tag team matches in July 2019 against Mike & Maria Kanellis, Andrade & Zelina Vega, and Baron Corbin & Lacey Evans. Fans liked seeing that combination, but Rollins and Lynch weren’t 100% comfortable with it.

The two eventually went their separate ways as Seth Rollins turned heel. While speaking on Sports Media with Richard Deitsch, Seth Rollins revealed that he and Becky Lynch were uncomfortable working together and it is unlikely that they will team up again on WWE television.

“We tried to make the best of it, but I don’t think either of us were terribly comfortable with it. Even though we have incredible chemistry as people, as performers, our characters never really vibed on-screen. It’s one of those things where, if she comes back, we’ll stay away from it and won’t touch on it. If something calls for it and we’re in the same segment or story, you can’t pretend like it doesn’t exist. It’s not possible, we’re too high profile for that, but if we’re in two separate places, then no-one thinks about it now.

I’ve had to think about it because now that crowds are back, I’ll get ‘We want Becky’ chants. I don’t know how to navigate that. I’m not exactly sure why people think that’s an insult to me. ‘Yeah, my wife is awesome and great. I get why you want her instead of me. I’m also a bad guy’. I don’t know where the insult comes here. If it happens, how am I supposed to react to that and what am I supposed to say? Luckily, I haven’t had to address it yet, but it doesn’t hurt my feelings.”

Becky Lynch is not scheduled to make her return to WWE television anytime soon, so fans are unlikely to see her until around the WWE Draft in October. We will wait and see what the company has planned for Lynch once she does make her return.
