MJF and Chris Jericho will throw down this week on AEW, but there is a catch for Le Champion’s 5th Labour. He must defeat MJF without using anything that has to do with Judas. Obviously, that will be tricky and it also means Jericho doesn’t get his typical entrance music.
Maxwell Jacob Friedman has already made it very clear that he doesn’t want fans singing Judas as Jericho makes his way to the ring for their match. He doesn’t want to give the Million Viewer Man that edge. Obviously, AEW wants fans to sing this song, and this is a case of apparent reverse psychology.
To make things even more obvious, AEW literally sent out a tweet with a text graphic containing all of the words to Judas. MJF didn’t like that at all, so he fired off a quote retweet to signal blast the post even more.
WHAT THE ACTUAL HELL!!?!?!?!
Mark Sterling, DO SOMETHING!
We’ll have to see if AEW’s resident attorney Mark Sterling can stop AEW from spreading the lyrics for Judas. It is pretty obvious that the company is expecting a big moment on Dynamite where the Houston crowd belts out Jericho’s hit song acapella. That could be pretty cool, but it will also take a lot of cooperation.
