Ric Flair is one of the greatest pro wrestlers to have ever laced up a pair of boots. He has worked in several different promotions throughout his illustrious career and competed in many iconic matches. Since his recent WWE release, the world is wide open for The Nature Boy. It was previously said that Ric Flair wants one more in-ring run. Ric Flair tried to make good on that promise as he recently took to Twitter and uploaded a photo of himself killing it at the gym.
Now it seems Ric Flair continues to add fuel to the fire of his return to the squared circle as Flair once again took to Twitter and uploaded a clip of a promo he cut on WWE Monday Night RAW in 2007, where Flair made it clear he will never retire.
I Will Never Retire! WOOOOO!
The tweet included a video of Ric Flair on WWE television, cutting a passionate promo about never quitting the pro wrestling business entirely.
“I have to announce to you… that I will NEVER retire! I will only retire when I’m dead in this ring! Over my dead body. I’ve got too much juice left. Wooo! I’m still the Nature Boy!”
Ric Flair is currently 72 years old and he last competed inside the squared circle back in 2011 for TNA. Ric Flair will certainly keep himself busy in any way he can, but we have to wonder if Ric Flair will make his way to any other pro wrestling company. Flair has received at least one invitation already to link back up with the NWA.
