The Rock has been dubbed the most electrifying man in sports entertainment, and that is because of his god-tier skills not only as a WWE superstar but his on-stage skills. He has yet to make a return to the ring, but that could change soon enough.

While The Rock left a legend, and came back with the same glory to face John Cena again, and still continues to give occasional appearances on Monday Night RAW, it seems that there’s something bigger planned for the Hollywood personality.

During an interview with Inside The Ropes, Paul Heyman addressed certain rumors about a potential WrestleMania against The Rock and WWE’s current favorite superstar, Roman Reigns.

Well, you ask multiple questions in one diatribe, so I’ll try to answer them as succinctly as possible. One, Rock schmuck. Who doesn’t want to main event WrestleMania against Roman Reigns? Anybody who says they wouldn’t be interested in a WrestleMania main event is lying to you. Anybody who suggests they wouldn’t be interested in the WrestleMania main event against Roman Reigns is lying to you.

Roman Reigns is the most dominant WrestleMania main eventer in history. And Rock is just one of many people who are clamoring to step into the ring with Roman Reigns at any time, especially at WrestleMania.

As The Usos, who are cousins to Reigns came together with him on Smackdown and now have a seat at the table, Heyman talked about whether it will be the case with The Rock or not.

As for whether The Rock is a member of the table? I serve as Special Counsel to the Tribal Chief, Roman Reigns. That is not a subject Roman Reigns wishes to address publicly at this time, either in The Rock’s favor or to The Rock’s detriment, because The Rock may not be welcome at our table. Roman Reigns will let you know when it’s appropriate for Roman Reigns to let you know.

Heyman ended up issuing a strong indication of The Rock’s retiring coming near, and how if The Rock ever finds himself in a WrestleMania match against Roman Reigns, it might be his last match.

If The Rock steps into the ring with Roman Reigns at any time, let alone at WrestleMania, that will be The Rock’s farewell, whether The Rock wants it to be or not.

While The Rock might be busy starring in Hollywood blockbusters and enjoying a strong career, Reigns has been a consistently strong presence in WWE. As both of the superstars are connected to each other through their roots, this is one possible match-up that is of significant interest to both fans and WWE itself.
