WWE Hall Of Famer Kurt Angle is undoubtedly one of the best pro wrestlers to have ever graced the squared circle. He had a tremendous career in WWE, spanning multiple World Title runs and incredible matches.
He has squared off against the best of the best the pro wrestling world has to offer and accomplished a lot. Angle retired from in-ring competition after WrestleMania 35, where he lost to Baron Corbin.
Since then many fans have wondered if Angle will ever make a return to the squared circle. While speaking on The Kurt Angle Show, Kurt Angle talked about what he would need to come out of retirement for one more match.
Angle said that he would need $10 million to come out of retirement and then face off against Kenny Omega in AEW.
“If they paid me $10 million, I would do one more match. I’ll wrestle Kenny [Omega] for $10 million. I’ll get my ass kicked.”
“Mrs. Angle [would kick my ass], I’m more scared of her than anybody else. I wouldn’t be able to tell her, there’s no way she would let me do it. She would lock all the doors from the outside.”
Interestingly enough, AEW offered Kurt Angle a deal to have another run, but he turned that down. Impact Wrestling also offered him a one-shot deal.
Kurt Angle has been enjoying his life in retirement after WrestleMania 35. We certainly wonder if he will make his return to pro wrestling one way or the other.
