Cash Wheeler suffered a terrible injury during AEW Dynamite’s Fight For The Fallen event. This caused them to call an audible during that match, but FTR still won over Santana and Ortiz.

During Bodyslam’s The Push podcast, Cassidy Haynes revealed new excruciating details about Cash Wheeler’s terrible injury. He explained new details about Cash’s injury after speaking to him directly.

“It impaled his arm. I guess the hook on the turnbuckle, it’s to the side, so when he fell it just cut his forearm, so the turnbuckle hook took a chunk out of his arm, and it was bad bro, it was bad. They instantly had to call an audible and change up the finish of the match.”

It was also noted that Cash Wheeler received treatment backstage instead of going to the emergency room. “They stitched him up in the back, the doctors were able to stitch him up in the back.”
