Kenny Omega is currently the AAA Mega Champion, Impact Wrestling Champion, and also the AEW World Champion. He has been booked as one of the best champions in recent memory and his high work rate speaks for itself.

Kenny Omega made a name for himself with his incredible matches against the likes of Kazuchika Okada and Tetsuya Naito in NJPW and is regarded as one of the best wrestlers in the world right now.

On this week’s episode of AEW Fight For The Fallen, The Elite faced off against Adam Page and The Dark Order in a 5 on 5 elimination tag team match. If The Elite won, then Adam Page wouldn’t get a shot at the AEW World Championship.

Despite Adam Page’s best efforts, he was unable to win the match and ultimately lost to Kenny Omega in the end. After the end of the show, Kenny Omega took to Twitter and stated that he took offense to being compared to Adam Page.

“Hangman was a threat. I’m not saying he wasn’t a threat. But me being compared to him… I took offense to that.”

We well have to wait and see what is next in store for Adam Page now that he is no longer able to challenge Kenny Omega.
