WWE RAW Viewership Falls This Week Against Olympic Competition

WWE is back on the road and they brought Raw to Kansas City this week. The company booked one match at SummerSlam, and they continued other storylines. How did the viewership turn out?

Wrestlenomics reports that, against Olympic competition, WWE Raw brought in 1,814,000 viewers. They earned a .49 in the coveted 18 to 49 demographic. 635,000 of those viewers were in the key demographic, 6% down from last week; but still good considering the competition.

WWE Raw drew 1,923,000 overnight viewers on average for the three-hour broadcast last week. They also pulled a .57 rating in the 18-49 demographic, 741,000 viewers were in that key demo.

WWE RAW brought in 1.609 million viewers according to Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics. That ranked as the 5th lowest viewership number for Raw since the show’s premiere.

The previous week’s episode of Raw brought in 1.472 million viewers with a 0.41 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic. That was a drastic decline from the previous week’s episode that faced NBA Playoffs competition, and an all-time low.

WWE RAW brought in 1.57 million overnight viewers for the three-hour average on the previous week. That was a steep decline from the previous week’s viewership.

According to Wrestlenomics, WWE Raw brought in an overnight viewership of 1,719,000 viewers the previous week. They averaged a .49 in the 18-49 demographic as well, about 630,000 viewers. That was a slight decrease from last week’s number as well.

WWE Raw brought in an overnight average of 1,742,000 viewers the week prior. 637,000 of those viewers were in the coveted 18 to 49 demographic, earning them around a 0.49 rating. 

According to the John Ourand of the Sports Business Journal, WWE Raw brought an overnight average of 1.64 million viewers last week. They had stiff competition with the Nets vs Bucks and Suns vs Nuggets NBA Playoffs games

PW Torch reported that WWE RAW earned an overnight average of 1.418 million viewers last week. That was a new 2021 low for the longest running weekly episodic show in history. They also garnered a .44 in the 18-49 demographic.

Last week WWE RAW earned an overnight average of 1.62 million viewers for the 3-hours program. They also earned a .45 in the 18-49 demographic. That number marked the lowest viewership WWE Raw received so far in 2021. They featured segment was a Drew McIntyre vs Kofi Kingston #1 contender match that went to a non-finish.

Pro Wrestling Torch reported that the WWE Raw after WrestleMania Backlash earned an overnight average of 1.732 million viewers with a .48 in the 18-49 demographic. That episode included all of the fallout after the pay-per-view.

The WWE Raw before WrestleMania Backlash brought an overnight three-hour overnight average of 1.817 million viewers. The week before that brought in 1.872 million viewers with a .53 in the 18-49 demographic.

The previous week brought in 1.77 million viewers with a .49 in the 18-49 demographic. The week prior drew 1.907 million viewers. That was a fall from the previous week.

The Raw after WrestleMania 37, drew 2.026 million viewers. The week prior brought in 1.7013 million overnight viewers. That was a small slump from the previous week, but not by much.
