Eric Bischoff Says Team RKBro Are Like A Buddy Cop Movie

Ever since Matt Riddle signed with WWE, he has been one of the mainstays of WWE television, be it in NXT or the main roster. His in-ring skills is one of best in the company and he already has a good fan following.

Matt Riddle’s character has certainly gotten over with fans thanks to his comedic timing and generally cool attitude while still being that of a stoner character.

While speaking on his 83 Weeks, Eric Bischoff talked about Matt Riddle and Randy Orton’s tag team called RK-Bro. Bischoff stated that their contrasting charcters were like a good buddy cop movie.

“I like how contrasts work. Randy Orton and the skateboard burn out guy, Matt Riddle. I love that team because that’s just an interesting contrast of characters. It’s like a good buddy cop movie, you generally have contrasting characters that compliment each other.”

Randy Orton has been absent for the past few weeks and Matt Riddle has had some hilarious reactions due to his absence. We will have to see how RK-Bro will be booked once Randy Orton returns to WWE television.
