WWE Under The Impression Daniel Bryan Is Talking To AEW

Daniel Bryan’s WWE contract ran up, and he decided not to sign a new deal. He is apparently not close to coming back at this point.

Vince McMahon’s company is getting back on the road and that means they want to bring back some big names. Goldberg is back and Becky Lynch is expected. She is, at least, around backstage.

According to PW Insider, WWE and Daniel Bryan are not even talking at this point. There are also some who are under the impression that Daniel Bryan could be talking to AEW.

Internally, there has been no discussion of Bryan returning to WWE and he is not listed on the company’s roster. There have been some in the company who have taken that to mean that Bryan is signing or will sign eventually with AEW.

There was no confirmation that AEW is coming close to signing Daniel Bryan at this point. He is not slated for any future Mattel WWE action figures, and he was not part of the recent line of licensing and merchandising that WWE has rolling out.

This report will likely get a lot of AEW speculation going. That is not impossible to imagine, but Daniel Bryan has also made a lot of money from pro wrestling. So, he might just be enjoying his time away from the business at home with Brie and his kids.
