Toni Storm Getting Character Change On WWE Main Roster

Toni Storm is on her way to SmackDown and she will get a bit of a different presentation than the one she just had in NXT. Vince McMahon needs to beef up the Women’s Division and Storm will be an excellent addition for the blue brand’s babyface side.

According to a report from PW Insider, Toni Storm is getting switched over from being a heel in NXT to a babyface on SmackDown. The creative plans currently call for Toni Storm to get pops from the crowd and plenty of cheers.

While she was last seen as a heel on WWE NXT, the current creative plans for Toni Storm are for her to be on the babyface side of the roster when she debuts this week on Friday Night Smackdown.

WWE ran a couple video vignettes for Toni Storm to build toward her debut. Then it was reveled last week that she will be in Cleveland this Friday for SmackDown, marking her main roster debut.

Toni Storm will also likely be able to switch up her move set a bit and add some of those maneuvers that she had to nix when turning heel. It will be interesting to see how WWE presents her, but a Storm is coming to the blue brand.
