Welcome to Ringside News’ live results, highlights, winners and reactions for the July 19, 2021 episode of WWE RAW.

Start time for tonight’s show is 8:00 PM EST. Match-by-match highlights and results from the show will take place on this very page, so you should update frequently to get the latest happenings. Feel free to leave any reactions in the comment section below.

Hot off the heels of an awesome Money In The Bank PPV, tonight’s RAW starts the month-long spring towards the biggest party of the summer, SummerSlam! Of course, the headline news is the show will be opened by the 16x WWE Champion, first-balot Hall of Famer, John Cena. The Doctor of Thuganomics returned in dramatic fashion at the close of last night’s show to seemingly challenge Roman Reigns. Cena, being a free agent, will be on hand tonight to make the challenge official.

There are some returns alleged for tonight’s show, Goldberg and Becky Lynch, but the jury is out on those at the moment. What we do know, is that Bobby Lashley is in need of a new challenger after steamrolling Kofi Kingston last night, and Charlotte Flair is the new Women’s Champion. So is Goldberg next in line? And will Becky Lynch make Charlotte Flair Vs. Rhea Ripley a Triple Threat? We should find out soon.

We can also expect Mrs. Money In The Bank, Nikki A.S.H, and the RAW Tag Champs, AJ Styles and Omos. So it’s going to be a huge RAW and that’s our preview for it. Our live coverage will begin from 8PM right here. Let us know if you’re excited about any of it and remember to hit the refresh link below and enjoy the show!

RAW

This week’s RAW begins with the one and only John Cena making his entrance to a huge reaction and there’s more than a few green shirts in the crowd.

Cena gets on the horn and says he’s missed the fans and he’s missed wrestling. He jokes that half the crowd is happy to see him and half are still telling him he sucks but at least they’re all loud. He says he’s going to explain his return. He showed up last night and ruined Roman Reigns’ celebrations. Roman was angry, Paul Heyman was unhappy, Michael Cole was ecstatic and Pat MacAfee had no idea where he was. As for who brought him back, it’s obviously the fans. And it was Roman Reigns.

Five weeks from now. SummerSlam. Las Vegas. The Universal Championship. That’s the when, where and what, but why? He could talk all about the feeling of being in front of the fans or breaking Ric Flair’s record but none of those are the reasons, it’s simply because Roman Reigns is an “asshole”. Cena believes he needs to be knocked down a peg. This pathetic experience has gone on long enough. Roman is an arrogant, over-hyped, over-protected, gimmick who isn’t as over as he says he is. And that’s coming from him. He says if you’re good you demand people acknowledge you but if you’re great the fans tell you. He’s going to SmackDown on Friday and he can’t wait to see Roman.

Cena is joined in the ring by the original bro, Riddle. Cena says he finally gets it and the two say “bro” back-and-forth. They share a fist bump and Cena leaves as the fans chant “bro”. Riddle will be in six-man tag team action after the break.
