Kross was spotted backstage this week in Dallas, but Scarlett was not with him. Instead of making a huge surprise out of the deal, Jimmy Smith simply announced during the show that Kross will debut later on in the night.
They aired a hype video for Kross where he promised that “everyone pays the toll.” He said that “doomsday is coming,” and then he said “tick tock.” Suddenly, he appeared on the entrance ramp before slowly making his way to the ring. Scarlett was not with him and they didn’t have the same insane entrance as they do in NXT, but Scarlett was still featured as the singing voice in his theme song.
He faced Jeff Hardy, who came down with his ‘No More Words’ entrance music once again, and then Kross lost that match. Following the match, Karrion Kross was rather upset. He threatened Jeff Hardy by saying that this was the biggest mistake Hardy has ever made. Then he promised that Hardy will “fall and pray.”
