John Cena is a 16-time World Champion and carried the company on his back throughout the PG era. From 2017 John Cena became a part-timer in WWE and has appeared sporadically due to his busy schedule in Hollywood.

After being gone from WWE television since WrestleMania 36, John Cena finally made his return to the company at the WWE Money In The Bank pay-per-view.

John Cena got in the ring with Roman Reigns at the end of his WWE Universal Title match against Edge and had a brief staredown with Reigns before the show went off the air.

After the show went off the air, John Cena cut a promo as he addressed the crowd in attendance at the Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas. Cena stated that he was surprised about getting cheered by the fans before declaring that Cena is back to the company.

“So weird because I’m used to you guys telling me how much I suck. Man, this feels pretty good. I see this dude’s sign over here, it says ‘if Cena shows up, we cheer.’ Is this like bizzaro world? “I certainly wanted to come out here to let all you know that I’M BACK.”

It seems his feud with Roman Reigns has already started as it is expected the two will be duking it out at the WWE SummerSlam pay-per-view next month. We will have to wait and see how their feud will be booked.
