SmackDown Women’s Title Match Set For Next Week

WWE brought fans back to SmackDown this week and Bianca Belair was able to successfully defend the SmackDown Women’s Title from Carmella. Next week she will attempt to do that once again to prove it was no fluke.

Bianca Belair appeared on Talking Smack this week where she brought up that win over Carmella, and how the Untouchable Superstar said her loss was a fluke. Belair proceeded to announce that a rematch will go down next week and they have six more days to prepare for it.

“All I can say is that I am a fighting champion and I do not back down from anything. So, listen, if she wants a rematch, then let’s do it again next week. I’m all for it. Let’s do it. Be careful what you ask for, because now I am granting it to you, Carmella … next week.

This is interesting booking, especially since Money in the Bank is in-between now and next week’s SmackDown. A lot of things can change before then, but it looks like the EST of WWE is prepared to put her title on the line against Mella.
