Bayley was set to face Bianca Belair for the SmackDown Women’s Title at Money in the Bank, but now that match is not happening. Bayley is injured and now she will be out for over half a year.
WWE has confirmed that Bayley was injured during training. It was not noted what her injury was in the brief write-up that they provided. This is terrible timing, because Bayley was on a great run with Bianca Belair headed to another match.
WWE Digital has learned that Bayley sustained an injury while training for her WWE Money in the Bank match against Bianca Belair and will be out approximately nine months.
A suitable replacement for the SmackDown Women’s Title Match will be announced tonight on FOX.
