Jimmy Uso spent the night behind bars on Monday night after he was pulled over for DUI. He was released the next morning on a $500 bond, but the story is not over for Uce. He will likely have to deal with the consequences of those actions in a big way.

The police report from Uso’s arrest noted a few additional details concerning Uso’s arrest. Officer William Roper was the man who pulled Jimmy Uso over after clocking him doing 50 in a 35 mile-per-hour zone when he ran a red light. Roper was sitting in a marked police cruiser at the time.

After Uso was pulled over, the officer smelled alcohol and then he asked him to step out of the car after he was identified. It was said that Uso had trouble walking to the back of his car and he was “swaying.” This is when he was asked about consuming alcohol that night where he admitted to having “multiple beers.” A field sobriety test was then issued, which Uso bombed.

It was said that Uso agreed to the field sobriety test, but he was unable to keep his head still. He also showed multiple signs of involuntary eye movement, a common sign of being intoxicated. Jimmy Uso had difficulty maintaining his balance and he could not perform the walk and turn test. He was also unable to keep his balance during the “stand on one leg” test as he was forced to place his foot down on the pavement several times to keep from falling over.

Uso blew a .205 and a .203 when he was given a breathalyzer test. This is when he was placed under arrest for DUI.

We are still waiting to see what WWE decides to do in this instance. They were planning this week’s SmackDown yesterday so fans will likely know soon enough what the company has decided to do.
