WWE has plenty of former stars that have considered a career in politics and now another one has won an election. We previously reported that Harvey Wippleman was running for Alderman of Walls, Mississippi and that campaign worked.

We’re not sure if it was that video of The Rock gifting Wippleman a truck, or his dedication to Walls, but he won the election and was sworn in. Real name, Bruno Lauer, Harvey Wippleman is now Alderman of Walls, Mississippi.

“I want to do everything I can to help this town and help the mayor, help the alderman, and make this town even better than it is,” Wippleman told WMC Action News 5. “We’re going to be a great four years. Looking forward to working with Mayor Henderson with the rest of the board of aldermen. It’s like my momma said, it be that way sometimes.”

It sounds like Harvey Wippleman has some big plans for his new position. Hopefully, he will see a lot of success in his next chapter. You can check out a video of him getting sworn in below.
