Jimmy Uso Arrested For DUI

Update: Jimmy Uso was released from incarceration on Tuesday morning following his arrest on Monday night.

Original: Jimmy Uso has been arrested for DUI and he is currently behind bars as of this writing.

According to TMZ, Jimmy Uso was arrested for DUI yet again. Cops say he was driving with a blood alcohol level of .205 when he was picked up. this is not the first time he has been arrested for DUI in recent memory.

Police pulled Uce over at 10:35 PM on Monday in Pensacola, Florida after cops say that he ran a red light. He was also going 50 miles per hour in a 35 mile per hour zone.

The 35-year-old WWE Superstar smelled of booze when cops pulled him over and they asked him to step out of the Dodge Charger he was operating at the time. He was also “noticeably swaying” on the road as he drove down the road. Uso admitted to having multiple beers prior to driving his car.

After Jimmy Uso failed his field sobriety tests, the cops arrested him. He was well over the legal limit to be considered intoxicated. Uso was booked on a misdemeanor DUI charge and he’s currently behind bars as of this writing. His bail amount is set for $500.

Uso was also arrested in Pensacola back in July 2019 for DUI. This is terrible timing for Jimmy Uso as he just returned to WWE television and was getting quite a nice run with his cousin Roman Reigns. We will have to see how WWE handles this situation.
