Since its inception in 2019, AEW has strived to provide a proper alternative product to WWE. For the most part, they have succeeded but there are still many areas of improvement.

AEW took the world by storm back in 2019 as it was the first pro wrestling company in a very long time that made waves in the pro wrestling world as a form of competition for WWE. The company will finally be on the road starting from this week, after 15 months of AEW Dynamite being held in The Daily’s Place.

According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, AEW will be holding loaded episodes of AEW Dynamite every week from now on in order to draw proper crowds to their shows.

“Matt Hardy/Christian (Cage) is coming soon, the date’s not been announced but it’s in the next couple of weeks, thank God.“So the idea from this point forward is loaded shows, every week.”

With AEW Rampage set to air in August, the company will have a lot of promoting to do for both shows. We will have to see how AEW Dynamite having stacked cards each week will benefit them in the long run.
