MVP Calls New Day’s Gear & Sneaker Game ‘Trash’

MVP is set for his in-ring return this week on RAW. He will team up with WWE Champion Bobby Lashley to take on The New Day. MVP knows how to throw shade and he hit the New Day right where it counts, in their sneakers.

One account called “No Context Brits” tweeted out a photo of some gaudy shoes. They were yellow and blue and nobody should be wearing them. The caption asked “tag someone who would wear these.”

MVP took no time to post a “thumbs up” emoji and tag Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods. The New Day go all out to find the perfect kicks for their unique ring attires, and MVP felt that needed some shade thrown at it.

Kofi fired back to say, “…I know this dude isn’t trying to talk sneakers with ME…I must have hit him harder than I thought…” Then MVP responded to call The New Day’s gear and sneakers “trash.”

You like trash. Those sneakers will match your video game costumes. Trash + trash = The New Day.

We’ll have to see if MVP can rack up a win with his return to WWE RAW. He is coming off of a knee injury that kept him walking with a cane for months. That cane was a good look for MVP, but he’s now back to action and trash talking just like always.
