Chris Jericho is a true veteran in the pro wrestling world as he has competed all over the world in various promotions, including WWE. He has competed for over three decades and has worked with the best of the best in the pro wrestling world.

One of the biggest complaints about the current WWE product is undoubtedly the rushed breakup of teams and factions with no proper follow up. The Hurt Business is the most recent example of this booking behavior.

While speaking on Talk Is Jericho, Chris Jericho took a shot at WWE’s booking of factions by stating that if The Inner Circle was in WWE, they would have broken up in three months. He then mentioned how WWE broke up the Hurt Business, using it as an example to prove his point.

There’s always a tendency to rush. Like The Inner Circle – our group – has been together for over two years now. Never broke up, never turned on each other. If we were in WWE, we would’ve done it in three months. And if you don’t believe it, look at The Hurt Business. These guys were great. And here’s what happens – they break guys up and then two of the guys end up doing nothing, and one guy stays.”

It is highly unlikely WWE will change the way they abruptly drop storylines and break up teams for essentially no reason with no follow up. Fans will ultimately have to accept it
