Johnny Gargano Is Down To Have Samoa Joe Join The Way

Samoa Joe returned to NXT where he is the brand’s enforcer. He has also been a thorn in The Way’s side, but Johnny Gargano wants to play nice with Joe.

While appearing on WWE The Bump, Johnny Wrestling discussed Samoa Joe’s time in NXT so far. He also stated that it’s possible to even get Samoa Joe a headband and make him a member of The Way.

When asked about how he thinks Samoa Joe is doing in NXT so far, Gargano had nothing but good things to say.

“Well, I was almost run over by a motor vehicle last night and he stopped that from happening, so I’d day A+ so far. He’s doing great in my book. Look, we love Samoa Joe. He’s doing great things for NXT and I think that he’s gonna do good stuff in the future. I don’t want to say he’s an honorary member of The Way, or anything like that, but if Joe wants to be with us then I can get him a headband. He’s a big boy, big noggin on him, but I think we can get a headband that fits him. We’re good to go, and a ring, a power ring.”

We’ll have to see if Samoa Joe gets friendly with The Way because of this. He certainly seems welcomed to take part in all sorts of storyline adventures at this point. The former NXT Champion is only getting started in his time as an enforcer.
