WWE has been releasing quite a few Superstars and members of staff since April of this year and fans were worried that the cuts will continue. Unfortunately, that is exactly what happened yet again.

The Singh Brothers were the latest in a long list of WWE releases from NXT and 205 Live. The two had a solid run on 205 Live and last wrestled together on the May 21 WWE 205 Live episode, losing to August Grey and Ikemen Jiro.

The tag team was involved in Randy Orton’s feud with Jinder Mahal back in 2017 and they took to Twitter and responded to a clip of an infamous table spot. It saw Randy Orton connecting a slam on Samir Singh through the table but Singh’s head hit the surface. Orton cringed hard at the botch and it eventually became a meme.

The Singh Brothers revealed that it was all about winning and earning” Randy Orton’s respect. Randy Orton would reply to their tweet and stated that they earned his respect long before the table spot.

“Respect was earned long before those tables came into play. Something tells me I’ll see you guys down the road. Until then, show everyone what you guys can do.”

Now that the Singh Brothers are no longer with the company, we will have to see what is next in store for them and which pro wrestling company they will call their home next.
