MVP Fires Back At Criticism Of Bobby Lashley’s Ladies On WWE RAW

Bobby Lashley was not on WWE RAW this week, but his ladies were still surrounding MVP during his segment. Lashley’s ladies had MVP to hang out with this week, but not everyone watching at home thought it was a good idea to have them on RAW.

Dan Vollmayer of Barstool Sports tweeted out to criticize the use of Lashley’s ladies. He made a point that the women in WWE had to scratch and claw their way up the ladder and earn respect. Now Lashley’s ladies seem to present a different idea.

All the strides, the scratching and clawing the women of the #wwe have made for equality on screen and behind the scenes, this certainly undermines much of that progress. Why does MVP need an entourage like this?

MVP then fired back and said that Vollmayer had a “consistently stupid take.” He then stated that Lashley’s ladies are strong, independent women who like having a good time.

This is consistently a stupid take. You’re saying strong, independent women that enjoy going out and having a good time is bad? A lot of you have never been to a night club or a party and it shows. Stop disrespecting these women.

Lashley’s Ladies will likely stick around as long as he is WWE Champion. We’ll have to see if they stay whenever the All Mighty loses the WWE Title. It might be a long time before anyone has to worry about that by the look of things.
