Alberto Del Rio Starting His Own Pro Wrestling Promotion

Alberto Del Rio is finished with MMA, but he’s not through with pro wrestling at all. The former WWE Champion isn’t getting booked much due to allegations that he has disproven, but now he’s booking his own show.

Mexico’s Greatest Export tweeted out a couple of posts to let fans know what he’s been working on. After a lot fan demand and working hard behind the scenes, Alberto was finally ready to reveal his big plan to start his own pro wrestling company.

In two tweets, translated from Spanish, Alberto El Patron let everyone know the big news that he is planning a show in Monterrey on August 1st.

Ticket information is forthcoming, but it appears that Alberto is planning a big event in Mexico on August 1st. Hopefully, it is a success and they are able to safely pack the building full of fans who miss seeing live pro wrestling.
