WWE is looking very hard at new talent to bring up for the WWE main roster and that means they are getting the ball rolling on tryouts. Karrion Kross and Bronson Reed are both getting very long looks in regards to a call-up to the main roster.
Karrion Kross and Bronson Reed both appeared on Main Event this week. Kross received a much different entrance, and he didn’t have Scarlett with him. You can click here for that footage.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter discussed WWE’s intentions to call up Reed and Kross. It was noted that WWE wanted to see what everyone brought to the table prior to calling them up. This includes coming up with ideas for how they will debut.
Both are now on the list for being brought up, perhaps in the draft. So they wanted everyone to see what they bring to the table from a live perspective and start coming up with ideas to debut them. People will question how Kross beating the top guys in the company like he was Reigns and then leaving makes sense.
We’ll have to see what WWE does in this situation. The next WWE Draft will take place on August 30th and September 3rd. Perhaps fans will see Karrion Kross, Scarlett, and Bronson Reed get their main roster call-ups. Since Kross and Reed are both still champions on the black and gold brand, that might mean they will drop their titles beforehand. Stay tuned on that one, because WWE has called up champions from NXT in the past.
