Call of Duty fans can rejoice because they beat the two time WWE Hall of Famer is court. Booker T didn’t like how closely The Prophet character looked like his GI Bro persona, so he filed a lawsuit against Activision Blizzard over it. Now the video game giants can rack up another win for themselves in court.

Booker T lost that lawsuit against Activision Blizzard. The lawsuit over the Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is now over after Booker T pushed for a jury to hear the case. He was convinced that he could prove that The Prophet character was a ripoff.

A rep from Activision Blizzard spoke about the jury’s outcome. They also threw a bit of shade at Booker T by saying that calling his lawsuit frivolous is a “massive understatement.”

“We are pleased with the outcome. Bottom line, to call this a frivolous case would be a massive understatement. Activision creates games with the utmost integrity and is extremely proud of everyone involved with the development and creative process for all of our games including Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, including the incredible talent like William Romeo who helped bring our vision to life. Today, the jury validated that process.”

In the end, the jury decided Activision Blizzard had a better argument and the video game juggernaut won the case. Booker T claimed that he never gave permission for them to use his image, but a jury decided that Activision Blizzard’s legal team provided enough evidence to rule in their favor.

The lawsuit claims that Activision Blizzard has made $1 billion off Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 so far. Booker T isn’t seeing any of that cash now.
