Eddie Kingston made his AEW debut back in July of last year, where he faced off against Cody Rhodes for the TNT Championship. While he was unsuccessful in the match, Kingston impressed many and signed with the company.

Kingston quickly cemented himself as one of the best talkers in AEW as his promos are known to be from the heart and very natural. He is also very passionate when it comes to the pro wrestling world.

While speaking on Q/A session for Pro Wrestling Junkies, Eddie Kingston talked about him not watching WWE anymore. Kingston revealed that he stopped watching WWE religiously years ago.

“I don’t watch the other product. I stopped watching religiously years ago. I only watch the Royal Rumble and WrestleMania. The dudes I know from the Indies that signed there, that’s good for them. I don’t watch that product or know who would be a good fit. That’s not me being disrespectful, I just have to worry about me and AEW. I’m not looking over there. I feel that’s when you mess yourself up, when you’re looking at the competition and not worrying about yourself. We’re not like them,”

Many fans would agree that the product WWE delivers is far from what they want and has its fair share of flaws, which has ultimately led to dwindling ratings over the years.
