Big E was set to have a feud with Aleister Black, and then the company released Tommy End from his contract. That left Big E without anything to do, while many are still clamoring for his continued push.

We’ll have to see what happens, because you never know what can happen with plans of a push. According to Wrestle Votes, there is currently an idea floating around that WWE will move Big E back to RAW during the upcoming Draft after SummerSlam. He would then be on the same brand as Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston, but the New Day wouldn’t be technically reunited.

I’ve heard from a few sources an idea making the rounds – Big E moving from SD to RAW in the post SummerSlam draft while still be pushed as a singles. In essence, New Day back together without necessary being a team. If so, E would become a fresh face for the RAW main event scene

It’s hard to picture The New Day being on the same brand, but they have nothing to do with each other. There is also a rumor that Xavier Woods might take a hiatus following that Hell in a Cell beatdown. That might be in the pipeline as WWE continues to elevate Big E to a higher level on whichever brand he is on.

Big E was on a roll, but then he lost the IC Title and his push seemed to halt. It seems that WWE is still making plans to keep his singles run going, even if he has to switch brands.
