Sami Zayn Says He Hasn’t Changed Since He Was A Fan Favorite Babyface

Sami Zayn entered WWE NXT as a bright-eyed babyface with a ton of fan support behind him. Now he is a conspiracy theory touting heel, but he hasn’t changed if you ask him.

Zayn recently appeared on WWE The Bump when he was asked about his transition from a babyface to a heel? He explained that his hair is longer now, but he still has the same spirit.

“Sure, I mean, I haven’t changed much. My eyes are a bit more open to the reality around me, but the spirit is the same.”

Zayn said that his hair is a bit longer now and he’s older, but the man under that beard hasn’t changed. He later doubled down on that message by tweeting out to say:

I get asked this a lot, but the truth is I am the same Sami as ever and have remained morally consistent through the years. It’s always been about fighting for what’s right.

Sami Zayn and the WWE Universe have been through a lot together already, and odds are the journey will continue. We’ll have to see what’s next for Zayn, but he is already on his way to creating new headlines every time he tweets at this rate.
