Zelina Vega Hints At AEW Interest

AEW now has Andrade on their roster, and he has a long history with Zelina Vega. The two sold a lot of tickets as a duo in NXT as he carried the brand’s top title. They also made their way to the WWE main roster together and saw a lot of time on screen before the company split them up and they both diminished in capacity.

During AEW Dynamite this week, Andrade El Idolo sat down with Jim Ross for an interview. He and Vickie Guerrero said that they have a surprise coming soon. That got many fans to speculate that Thea Trinidad, the former Zelina Vega, might be on her way.

Although Andrade didn’t reveal what that secret surprise is, Zelina Vega brought a lot of attention when she fired off a thinking emoji on Twitter. Many fans pointed to this as a sign that she is considering what they had to say.

Zelina Vega was thought to be on her way back to WWE. We’ll have to see if those plans changed after the company released Aleister Black, Vega’s husband. It is also unknown whether the company will bring back Aleister Black as there is said to be some releaser’s remorse in the situation.

Tony Khan said that he would be interested, but it was also reported that she is under a deal that would keep her away from signing with All Elite Wrestling. Stay tuned for more on this situation, because AEW could have a lot in store.
