Goldberg is a WWE Hall of Famer who ripped through many opponents in the squared circle. He is still contracted to wrestled for WWE and will wrestle more matches for Vince McMahon’s company. This current deal could lead into his retirement.

While speaking to Boston Wrestling MWF’s Dan Mirade, John Cena’s father opened up a bit about how he would like to see Goldberg’s career end. He doesn’t want to see something happen to Goldberg like Vince McMahon booked for Kurt Angle, losing to Baron Corbin like he did.

John Cena Sr stated that Goldberg deserves respect and needs to go out on top instead of losing on his way out. That would be a fitting end for his career to win in his final match.

“Let him go out on a bright note. They screwed over Kurt Angle, so don’t do this, don’t do this [repeat what happened with Angle]. Give him his shine and glory. The man has paid his dues. He’s earned it, so let’s go and do it the right way. That’s my general consensus.”

Goldberg’s undefeated streak was imposing and impossible to break. It finally ended thanks to a cattle prod, and he lost several matches since then. Goldberg even lost his last two matches in WWE, but there are a few people, including John Cena Sr who would like to see Goldberg’s career end in a much different way.
