Chelsea Green Says The Hot Mess Is Back After WWE Release

WWE released Chelsea Green from her WWE contract on April 15th. She wasted no time hitting the ground running with her next chapter. She started a podcast, but then had to change that podcast’s name after receiving a cease and desist. She wants to model for Playboy and she’s also cashing in on new merchandise. We’re uncertain where Chelsea Green will go next, but the Hot Mess will apparently be a part of that deal.

Green tweeted out a little teaser for fans. She was in her ring gear for some reason, just trying it on to make sure it still looks good on her. Then her caption got many fans excited who miss her former Hot Mess personality.

Chelsea Green was the Hot Mess in Impact Wrestling as Laurel Van Ness. It’s unclear if that name will come back, but Green can still carry on the Hot Mess moniker with any name.

WWE didn’t use Green following her medical clearance after wrist surgery. She has reportedly been talking to Impact Wrestling, but there is no word about how far along those talks are at this time. She very well could show up at Slammiversary.

Matt Cardona replied to Green’s tweet to wonder what was going on. He apparently slept in and missed her little ring gear fashion show.
