Renee Paquette worked with WWE for eight years until she parted ways with the company back in Summer of last year. She left the company after FOX’s WWE Backstage show was cancelled.

Since then Paquette has kept herself busy with numerous projects, both personal and professional. She experienced a lot of things while working in WWE and that included having to abide by what Vince McMahon said.

While speaking on Busted Open Radio, Renee Paquette talked about the condition backstage in WWE, mentioning the ‘one man audience’ idea of WWE, where talents and other employees are always trying to get on the good side of Vince McMahon and please him. Renee Paquette added that always trying to please Vince McMahon was exhausting as she also tried to be true to herself.

“Trying to adapt to that and trying to be a people pleaser, while also staying true to yourself, can be a very fine line to walk. It can be very exhausting.”

Renee Paquette is now very busy with her extremely successful podcast ‘Oral Sessions’ and will also welcome her firstborn along with her husband Jon Moxley, later this year. The freedom of not having to adhere to WWE’s schedule has certainly done wonders for Paquette’s career.
