Chelsea Green was released from her WWE contract on April 15th, but she didn’t let that get her down for long. Green reopened her online store, got to work on lining up endorsement deals, and started her own podcast. Then a cease and desist caused her to rename that podcast.
Following that cease and desist over her podcast, Green also cashed in on that controversy with new merchandise. She’s always looking for an opportunity and she might have found another one in the pro wrestling world already.
Green has also been talking to Impact Wrestling according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. It wasn’t noted how far along talks are, but it wouldn’t be a huge surprise to see the Hot Mess return to her old stomping grounds soon enough.
They were in contract talks with Chelsea Green this past week but as best we know no deal was closed at press time
We will have to see if Chelsea Green returns to Impact Wrestling at Slammiversary. The company teased several people during their latest trailer for the event including Daniel Bryan, The IIconics, Samoa Joe, and more. Green might find herself right back in TNA eventually.
We have not heard anything about AEW’s interest in Chelsea Green. The company is still building their women’s division and it’s hard to imagine that they won’t, at least, take a look at her.
