WWE just gutted their talent relations division. The also nixed the entire brand management program, something that was set to help Superstars attain outside deals. Now they are looking for a new person who can help handle that talent development.
The company posted a job listing for a new Talent Development Manager position. The general responsibilities are detailed as: “The Manager of Talent Development is responsible for the recruitment, development, talent management, and process development of a world class talent pipeline of future WWE Superstars!.
This person will be responsible for recruiting athletes into NXT and many more areas as well. You can check out the job responsibilities here:

WWE had a great recruiter in Gerald Brisco, but he was let go last year. Now it appears that WWE is looking for more assistance in looking for hidden gems within the pro wrestling and athletic world.
