Charlotte Flair Denies CM Punk’s Recent Claim About Vince McMahon

Former WWE wrestler CM Punk remains one of the most popular pro wrestlers in the world despite not competing inside the squared circle in over seven years. He is well aware of how WWE functions as Punk worked there for a long time.

Last week, Charlotte Flair tweeted a photo of herself while being part of the commentary team and asked fans to caption it. CM Punk took the chance to take a subtle shot at Vince McMahon.

Now it seems Charlotte Flair has addressed CM Punk’s claim. While speaking to the Hindustan Times, Charlotte Flair was asked about CM Punk’s tweet and whether Vince McMahon really does scream orders at the commentary team.

Charlotte Flair would deny what CM Punk said, stating that Vince McMahon was not buzzing into her ear and added that she had a great time with Byron Saxton and Corey Graves.

“No one is buzzing me in my ear. I have known Byron Saxton and Corey Graves for a very long time. It was just great to be out there with them, feeling as confident as ever. No, Vince doesn’t buzz me in my ear about anything.”

It is also likely that Vince McMahon simply screams orders at the main WWE commentators and not someone like Charlotte Flair, who is a full-time WWE Superstar.
