Former WWE Tag Team Champion Jimmy Uso recently made his return to SmackDown after going on hiatus due to injury. Despite being persuaded by his twin brother Jey Uso to fall in line and join forces with their cousin Roman Reigns, Jimmy was hesitant to align with the Tribal Chief due to what occurred at Hell in a Cell late last year.
Jimmy Uso even refused to attack Cesaro on SmackDown who was set to battle Reigns for the Universal Championship at WrestleMania Backlash, but he eventually joined the brawl to aid his brother.
After successfully defending his title against the Swiss Cyborg at the pay-per-view without any assistance, Roman Reigns took to Twitter the following day to send a message to Jimmy Uso.
“Cesaro might have had a chance last night if my own blood weren’t hating on me, weren’t doubting me. Saw motivation in me, and you get it all the time. And it motivates you to do the work. But when it’s… within your bloodline, within your family, it hits way harder and I had to go out there and I had to show ’em. So Jimmy, Jim, don’t text me. Don’t call me, don’t FaceTime me, don’t tell your brother to text me. Don’t hit me up on the group chat. We’re going to have a talk about this one. But we’re going to do it on my show. Friday night, my SmackDown. Have a good week, Uce. I’ll see you in a few.”
Jimmy Uso tried talking Jey out of sticking by Roman Reigns several times. He urged his brother to leave the Tribal Chief so they could be a tag team again and go after the SmackDown Tag Team Championship.
Roman Reigns obviously doesn’t feel happy about this, and on he’ll address it with his cousins on SmackDown this week.
