Shawn Michaels Admits to Adam Cole Having A Similar Pro Wrestling Style To His

WWE Hall Of Famer Shawn Michaels is undoubtedly one of the best in-ring performers to have ever graced a WWE ring. Adam Cole is currently one of the top Superstars in NXT and has been constantly compared to Shawn Michaels.

Michaels is currently working backstage in NXT and helps out the future generation of WWE Superstars. He holds a few NXT Superstars in high regard and that includes former Undisputed Era leader Adam Cole.

While speaking to Robbie Fox of My Mom’s Basement, Shawn Michaels was asked which pro wrestlers have a similar style to his. Michaels revealed that Adam Cole is definitely one of them. Michaels added that is simply just that good and is consistent all the time.

“I think there have been a number of guys and people have come and gone here and there. I think the easy one for everybody is Adam Cole.” Michaels added, “Adam Cole is one of those people that we have similarities not just physical but he also has that attribute that you say ‘Adam Cole just has it’ and you can’t define what that is but he’s got a mixture of all of it. He’s just good and he’s consistent all the time.”

There is undeniably a lot of similarities between Shawn Michaels and Adam Cole, which is why they have been compared over the years. We will have to see how WWE will be booking Adam Cole in NXT now.
