Zelina Vega Filming Footage With The Rock’s Daughter For WWE

Zelina Vega was spotted at the WWE Performance Center on Wednesday, and it was for more than just a visit. Vega is apparently on her way back to WWE and she was there to film something.

According to Fightful Select, Zelina Vega was filming something with Dwayne Johnson’s daughter. Simone Johnson is a WWE Performance Center trainee and she is currently nursing an injury. We are unsure what they were filming, but they were doing something with the two of them.

Zelina was filmed walking into the WWE Performance Center with Simone Johnson, the daughter of The Rock. We weren’t told if this is supplemental footage or if there’s a plan behind that specifically.

It was also noted that Zelina Vega’s WWE return “has been in the works for a while.” That is interesting considering how it was previously reported that Vega couldn’t sign with AEW due to another contractual agreement.

Zelina Vega wasn’t allowed to wrestle much during her first run, but she really wanted to. Her return to the company is very interesting as well, because it could signify that they have worked something out with her Twitch channel. It’s not likely she will want to lose the community she fought so hard to keep.
