Jake Crist Shares Life Changing Transformation In Personal Life

The last year has seen a lot of changes all over the world and the pro wrestling landscape is no exception. Impact Wrestling lost Jake Crist when his contract expired. Jake felt at the time that he was lumped in with his brother due to allegations against Dave Crist. Now he is a free agent and doing his thing. He is also doing much better on a personal level.

While sharing a gym selfie, Jake Crist revealed something very personal for fans. He is no longer drinking and that change in his lifestyle also came with way more working out in the gym. Now he doesn’t feel right until he gets his workout in.

Crazy how things change, if you would have said a year ago that I wouldn’t be drinking and I wouldn’t feel right until my morning workout, I would have said NO WAY! Well, shit man…… here I am sober and I don’t feel right without my morning workout!

We’re wishing Jake Crist the best as he gets in shape and prepares for his next opportunity. He has been through a lot in the past year, but he seems to have a good outlook on life as he was able to correct some destructive behavior.
