Alberto Del Rio Kidnaping & Sexual Assault Trial Date Moved Again

Alberto Del Rio is awaiting trial in a case where he is facing charges of kidnapping and sexual assault. Now he will have to wait even longer to see his day in court.

According to PW Insider, Alberto Del Rio’s court date has been pushed back yet again. This is not the first time that the pandemic caused his trial date to be moved. His new date is August 2nd, that is a Monday.

The trial was supposed to start this week, and it was listed on the court calendar, but then it was pushed back yet again. The original trial date was supposed to take place in January 2021.
