WWE Adds Two Title Matches To NXT Next Week

WWE is booking a big show for next week. We previously reported that Karrion Kross will likely destroy Austin Theory. The NXT Women’s Title will be on the line.

Raquel Rodriguez will face her biggest challenge as champion so far next week. She will put her title on the line against Mercedes Martinez. This should be quite a good match and they built toward it with a side-by-side video promo this week.

Martinez called Raquel out for being “cookie cutter.” She also talked about blazing a trail that Rodriguez is now enjoying. This was followed by the NXT Women’s Champion saying that she has accomplished more in her short career than the veteran Martinez has in her entire career.

We will have to see who wins next week. It wouldn’t be a big surprise if next week’s match is only the beginning for these two.

KUSHIDA and Santos Escobar will also meet in a 2 out of 3 falls match. The Cruiserweight Title will be on the line in that one, but Karrion Kross’ match is a non-title match. It was hinted that this match will be the blow-off contest for the two.
